Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses medical massage techniques designed to target specific areas of chronic pain, muscle tension, and/or soft tissue injury. The objective is to locate and loosen adhesions which are points of tension or "knots" in your muscle fibers. Then the focus is on lengthening and spreading the muscle fibers to dramatically loosen muscle tissue for increased flexibility, reduce scar tissue, improve postural conditions and aid in injury recovery. 60 min / 90 min

Myofascial Massage
Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy used to treat deep muscular tension, somatic dysfunction, and pain by relaxing the fascia (the fibrous bands around muscles, ligaments, and tendons). The technique requires firm pressure that stretches and elongates deep muscle tissue, increasing range of motion and circulation. You will usually remain fully clothed and lie on a massage table. 60 min / 90 min

Pre-natal Massage
Maternal massages are generally considered safe after the first trimester, as long as you get the green light from your practitioner. Sideline positioning with supportive, soft cushions is used to alleviate the extra strain on the lower back and pelvic areas when pressure is applied. Research shows that massage can reduce stress hormones, relax and loosen muscles, increase blood flow,  reduce insomnia, cramping, sciatica, swelling in your hands and feet, as well as relieve headaches and sinus congestion. 60 min / 90 min

Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu means “finger pressure” in Japanese. During this type of massage, firm pressure and muscle manipulation techniques are used along specific points of your body called meridians to release tension. If you are looking for a deeper and more active massage, shiatsu focuses on acupressure points or influencing the energy flow. It is intended to increase circulation, detoxify your body, reduce blood pressure, and relieve pain from tense muscles. You will usually remain fully clothed lying either on a massage table or mats on the floor. 60 min / 90 min

Swedish Massage
As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Other benefits include increased level of oxygen in the blood, decreased muscle toxins, improved circulation and flexibility while easing tension. 60 min / 90 min
